Ayurveda - not just for Yoga Teachers

In this course you will learn all of the basics of Ayurveda in an understandable and usable way.

You will learn to view the body and mind through a different, more holistic sense, which will give you a better understanding and most importantly, a better relationship to it.

You will be able to understand your own, physical constitution as well as recognise your students constitution and teach them accordingly. Even if you aren't a Yoga teacher, you will be able to adjust your own yoga practice to suit your needs.

You will learn how to increase your digestion and immunity and prevent diseases from developing. You will understand important connections between physical and mental health, and get hours of guided inner journeys and chakra meditations.

The Basics

This is the largest part of the course. You will learn all of the underlying elements of Ayurveda so you can understand the human body in its holistic sense

In Practice

After having understood the basics, we can apply them in our own daily life, in simple, practical ways.

In your Yoga class

Here you can learn how to apply all of the principles of Ayurveda to your own Yoga practice as well as to your work as a Yoga Teacher.
